The merger integration process takes another big step!
We are confident that all the US Airways pilots were excited to learn that the new 401k for the company will be Fidelity, instead of the US plans moving to EMPOWER (formerly J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services).
Legacy US pilots are now accessing their plan accounts at netbenefits.com/aa; using their same user name and password to log in. The service center phone number remains the same, but the name of the service center changes today. When you call 1-800-354-3412 to speak with a retirement services representative, you'll be greeted by the American Airlines 401(k) Service Center at Fidelity.
The transition for Legacy American pilots will beginning at 4 p.m. EDT on June 19 through the week of June 28; with limited services available during this blackout period.
We will incorporate any fund changes which may occur on the platform into the newsletter after the full transition completes the week of June 28th, or as announced.
