      Dave,

      Starting last month I've had a problem printing the monthly changes. When I print the page (this month page 5) I get a scramble of letters and boxes. It appears whatever program you're using (Excel?) is displaying the grid. This only happens when I print but the web view is fine. Never had this problem previously and no program/hardware changes on my end.
      Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix?

      Good morning Rich -

      We haven't heard of anyone else having problems printing and just like you, nothing has changed on our side either. The final posted version in an Adobe pdf file - have you tried applying any updates for your Adobe reader?

      I wish I had a specific answer to make that issue go away.
